Longo, AIA, LEED AP, who founded Cornerstone over 35 years ago, our team includes licensed architects, building officials, and specialists who understand both the technical requirements and the practical realities of getting projects approved and built in New Jersey. 


What sets our team apart isn't just expertise—it's stability and commitment. Many of our senior staff have been with Cornerstone for their entire careers, building the deep knowledge and relationships that make complex projects run smoothly.
