CORNERSTONE TEAM

Donna Miller, AIA, LEED AP
Project Architect

Donna Miller, AIA, LEED AP serves as a Project Architect at Cornerstone Architectural Group. She works on a variety of projects including commercial interiors, industrial, warehouse, healthcare, and municipal facilities. Donna takes a hands-on approach to carry projects from start to finish. She participates in all aspects of the work, from design, code analysis, and permit drawings, to consultant coordination, client meetings, and construction administration.

An important part of her role is guiding clients through the design stages and explaining her thought process to assist them in making informed decisions. She focuses on balancing the project program, priorities, building codes, and budget to create cohesive design solutions. Her ability to figure out the details on paper helps reduce issues in the field.

She was drawn to architecture because it combines a balance of analytical and creative thinking to design practical solutions into new and unexpected spaces. Donna finds the problem-solving process fascinating and excels at translating a client's list of needs into reality. She adds particular value in coordinating projects and detailing permit drawings, where knowledge and organization are essential to managing consultants and keeping everyone working toward a common goal.

Donna first joined Cornerstone in 2009  and contributed to notable projects including the SHI Integration Center, SHI Ridge Road Warehouse, SHI Briefing Center, Springfield Community Pool, and Chelsea Senior Living, before stepping away in late 2019.

The Cornerstone team welcomed her return in June 2026. Her knowledge of the firm’s approach and longstanding clients provided a seamless transition and continues to benefit the projects she takes on.
