Alex Brands Corporate HQ

This project relocated Alex Brands corporate office to Fairfield, NJ. Alex Brands is a nationally recoqnized toy company with over 100 employees and products including the Slinky and Poof. The project features interior alterations to over 30,000 square feet of office building, with the second floor lobby serving as a grand entrance to a fun, colorful, and productive work space. The fit-out provides two new showrooms, a cafe, and a large open office layout.

Driven by a quick dealine, the architectural design and construction phases were completed in just 5 months. The project manager worked directly with the general contractor during the construction phase to ensure the project was delivered as designed and on time.
