SHI Ridge Road

A new, ground-up 300,000 square foot state-of-the-art, mixed-use configuration center organizes logistics with a cross-dock configuration, a depressed slab, and modular build-rooms. The corporate area houses 30,000 square foot of office space, including oversized conference rooms, lunch room, gym, and upgraded locker facilities.

The phased project utilized a unique and modular mechanical system that maintained cooling loads appropriate for equiment while maintaining staff comfort. The design is scalable for significant growth and expansion.
