Transformation of a vacant 440,000 SF office building in a multi-phased interior fit-out. Cornerstone worked closely with, Califorina based, Fineline to design a system that provided a high quality light while reducing energy consumption by 50% and th enumber of light fixtures. Occupancy sensor, water efficient plumbing fixtures, low VOC interior finishes, zero irrigation landscaping and a 500-kilowatt rooftop solar photovoltaic system are part of an integrated sustainable design approach. Awarded the Commercial Real Estate Impact Award by United Way of Northern NJ & the Good Neighbor Award by the NJ Business and Industry Association.
