Chelsea Senior Living is a new 76 bed assisted living facility located on Route 15 in Sparta New Jersey. The building includes a total of 62 suites consisting of studios, one bedroom and two-bedroom units.
There is also a dedicated Memory Care unit including a total of 14 beds in 7 suites. The building is three stories plus a basement with a total floor area over 77,000 square feet.
The design includes a large commercial kitchen with a dedicated Dining Room, a Private Dining Room, and a Physical Therapy Room with offices for medical staff. The building also includes several spaces for passive recreation and group activities including a Theater, Game Room, Tea Room, Library, and an outdoor patio.
