This building serves as the United States headquarters for Roberet, an international corportation producing flavor ingredients. The project included the design of executive offices, research and developement laboratories, liquid flavors production facility and material storage.
The flavors process involves large quantities of flammable liquids. The building's safety features include means to detect and contain liquid spills, explosioin relief panels, and special electrical devices.
