This project involved interior alterations to an existing 117,000 square foot building for use as offices, laboratories, warehousing, and production of fragrances. The 50,000 SF office and laboratory portion of the building was completely redesigned with all new finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems. The new lobby includes a custom designed reception desk, wall graphics, and lighting fixtures.
The warehouse and production areas were upgraded to allow for the use of high hazard chemicals that are part of the fragreance production process. Safety upgrades include, spill containment, explosion proof lighting and mechanical explosion prevention measures.
